For disposable items,free samples are provided for test.

Proforma Invoice

After the confirmation of sample and order,we will issue the proforma invoice to you with our bank information for payment.

Shipping Terms

After receipt of payment,we will arrange production and shipment by sea,by air or by express.We will inspect all products carefully before shipment.

Warranty Policy

1. EG Medical guarantees the merchandise are 100% brand-new.

2. EG Medical guarantees all main units of product against all defects or deficiency in material, workmanship or otherwise for a period of eighteen months from the date of factory shipment. 

3. EG Medical also guarantees accessories against all defects or deficiency in material, workmanship or otherwise for a period of six (6) months from the date of factory shipment.

4. EG Medical distributors shall be responsible for any services to End Users. 

5. EG Medical guarantees full assistance of after-sale service.

6. EG Medical will send free parts to you and guide you to repair the defective machine by email,phone and vedio.You need send back the related parts to us for inspection.

7.Out of warranty period,we will just charge the basic cost of parts and shipping cost,and guide you to repair it.
